Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the type of service booked, including land packages, cruises, flights, and supplement services. See details below:

For customised packages without Flight (Land Package): 

 When a Cancellation is made Charges 
45 or more days from the date of departure Non-Refundable Booking Deposit + Actual Visa Charges (if processed) 
Between 44 and 31 days from the date of departure 25% of the package cost will be deducted as cancellation charges and the remaining will be refunded in the form of a credit note (also known as a credit shell). This credit note can be used for your future bookings with TourList.
30 days or below from the date of departure  100% of the holiday cost

For customised packages Inclusive of Flights: 

 When a Cancellation is made  Charges 
Prior to 46 days from the date of departure  Non-Refundable Booking Deposit + Airline Fee
Between 45 – 31 days from the date of departure  75% of the holiday cost 
Between 30 or below from the date of departure  100% of the holiday cost 

Please Note: The cancellation policy of airlines will be applicable for customised packages Inclusive of Flights. 

Tour Supplements

  • Tour Supplementary services such as Visa and Insurance.
  • Cancellation of supplementary services post booking levies a flat 100% of the booking amount as a cancellation fee

Force Majeure

In the event of a service disruption at the destination due to natural causes such as weather or natural disasters, services will be rescheduled or cancelled based on the situation and service provider policy.

Please keep in mind that cancelling a tour or service that you booked in advance may result in financial losses for the Company, depending on when the cancellation occurs. The Company has established cancellation charges that apply to such cancellations. Additionally, if you book a third-party product or service, you will be subject to the cancellation policy and Terms and Conditions of that third party as well as the Company’s policies. If you need to cancel a tour or service that you have booked, kindly provide a written notice that clearly outlines the reasons for your cancellation. Please note that by using our services, you agree to these terms.

Please note that the company may cancel a tour before the departure date without providing a specific reason. In such cases, any payments made by you will be refunded in Indian Rupees only, but no compensation will be provided. Additionally, please be aware that the company is not liable for any extra expenses or fees associated with the purchase or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through the company.

Notes:  

1. The above cancellation policy is subject to change based on the travel date, destination, package, and services.

2. For Dynamic Properties and Reconfirmed Bookings, the above Cancellation may not be applicable and could vary.

For Cancellation – Please write to travel@carabiner.in with your payment ID and cancellation request with the subject starting with “CANCELLATION”.

No amount is refundable for a long weekend / special weekend trip such as Independence Day, Janmashtami, October 2nd, New Year’s Eve, Christmas, Republic Day, Holi, etc.
